Refund policy

Should you not be happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to return your item(s) to our studio. The item needs to be unworn and in it’s original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to our studio within 5 working days, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we will issue you with a credit note to spend on the site, www.isabeldevilliers.co.za
For purchases made from outside of South Africa, we unfortunately do not offer an exchange/ return for your item due to high courier costs.
